Bring sunscreen, light clothing for warmer days, and warm clothes for cooler days.

South Zone, Downtown, and Barra da Tijuca.

NOTE: Boarding in Barra da Tijuca has an additional cost of R$ 55.00 PER PERSON.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-RAINY DAYS

We are always available to our clients because most tourists don't have another opportunity to visit their desired attractions. Therefore, we do not cancel scheduled tours due to bad weather or rainy days, except in cases of imminent risk or other force majeure circumstances.

-CANCELLATION

Cancellation the day before the tour does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid; we reserve spots exclusively for our tourists.

Cancellation requests must be made during the company's business hours; requests made outside of these hours will not be considered.

-NO SHOW (FAILURE TO ATTEND THE TOUR)

Failure to show up for boarding is considered a NO SHOW and no refund will be given. After the tour is booked, we guarantee exclusive access to the spots for our tourists.

-DATE CHANGE (RESCHEDULING)

In case of rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of R$40.00 per person per tour is required. If the date chosen by the client is not available, we will not be able to make the change or refund the amount already paid.

-RETURNS

In the event of a refund, the payment will be processed through the same payment processor used for the original payment. Administrative/service fees will be deducted depending on the payment method used.

In the event of a cancellation made by RK TURISMO, an alternative date for the activity will be offered or a refund of the contracted service fee will be provided.

Cancellation within 48 hours of booking guarantees a 50% refund of the amount paid.

The refund period will depend on the company's financial calendar.
